Clean, tidy apartment in great location. Collected keys at airport which was straightforward and then caught train to central Helsinki, apartment easy to find and only 5 mins walk. The apartment was well presented and very clean, a nice touch was the option for self catering. The location of this apartment is one of its greatest assets. Would recommend.

Great location

City Apartments a very good option for visiting Helsinki.We were in an apartment of 2 spacious spaces, well decorated, quiet and in a very beautiful neighborhood. close to the transport that takes you to the city center, Recomendable.

It is excellent.

I spent five nights here in the smallest apartment (no sauna) while attending a conference.

- The whole apartment was clean, quiet and had everything I needed. Big pro: Especially the 'tiny things' people tend to forget were there (e.g. additional toilet paper, garbage bags, dish washer tabs, ...). 
- The kitchen was equipped OK - little con: For me it could have a bit more like a proper knive or a ladle or muesli bowls. But for a week it worked well. A clean fridge and microwave for me are especially important and I had both. 
- Key pick up at the airport was no problem, fast and easy. 
- Location is good, next to main station and near city centre. It is a calm side street. 
- Price is very good compared to most places in Helsinki & rooms were totally OK -> therefore full points. 

In sum: I liked it and will return if I come to Helsinki again. 

Very good apartment 

We picked up the key from the airport as instructed - very efficient. We were handy an envelope with information which included a map. These apartments are in a fantastic location within walking distance of Central station, restaurants, shops, transport. The map included in the information given to us was not clear as to which direction to head to. We stopped and asked in a hotel and they did not help much. We eventually found the street wheeling our suitcases over cobblestones. Then we couldn’t find the entrance and when we finally found the door, the key did not work at first. Looking back at the map, it did make sense but not for new arrivals arriving by foot. The key needing jiggling in the lock to work. Another key has to be inserted into the lift to allow the lift to take you to the first floor where the apartments are located. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a small sitting room and kitchen. No view and no aircon, but it doesn’t get that hot here anyhow. You can open the window and it is a little noisy. The beds are super comfortable. The tv is flaky on satellite channels e.g Russia Today, BBC. Sauna is great but allow 45 minutes for it to heat up. Plenty of power points and big desk. Red line on map means underground - we were told later. There is a person at reception but only for a few hours in the morning. He was friendly and helpful. People leave books they have read on a shelf next to the lifts, we always like that. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Comfortable, quiet with own sauna

Great location, right near the central railway station.  One bedroom self-contained apartment with all you need, including a sauna in the bathroom, a kitchen with dishwasher.Clean and comfortable with supermarkets and eateries very close by. Be sure to pick up key at the airport if coming out of their office hours. Easy booking process and emailing direct got us a better price than advertised.

3 nights in Helsinki

As we came from Tallinn by ferry we had  to leave very  early  as  we had to pick up the key before midday and luckily we were not coming on the weekend as would then have then had to go to the airport? Have never encountered that process  before.
Apart from our apartment(6) was very good  except the microwave needs updating.
The location was great as very close to public transport.

Key pick up somewhat odd?

We stayed here for 3 nights and found the location perfect. Supermarket and shops directly underground by access to metro tunnel which was fabulous. 
Clean bathroom. Facilities in kitchen are adequate. Couch was filled with dust however and lounge awkwardly set up. 
Think refurbished dorm rooms. 

One block from central station

This was our first try at a apartment rental in Helsinki.We arrived after check in time but were greeted at the airport desk with keys and instructions regarding the unit.
We found it easy and organized to pick up the keys and had no problems with accessing the apartment.
We rented a smaller two room apartment and were given room 16.
It was clean and comfortable .
Right across the street is a supermarket to stock up on groceries for your stay.There is also a terrific taproom just across the street.Perfect location to place yourself as you explore the city.

Try it out !

My family and I rented the suite for 11 nights as a home base while sightseeing and visiting family in the north of Finland. We were welcomed by an amazing room with great living space, as well as a cooking area and sauna in the bedsroom area. 
The staff were very responsive to our needs and requests, as well as helpful with local advise.
The only things I would point out is that the convertable bed is adjacent to the main bed and that there is a fridge but no freezer.
If making it to Helsinki again we will seek this place out. Highly recommend, great value, great central location!

Amazing find

We chose the Business Suite to have large space and we found, in addition, that its position was a little more displaced than the other rooms, so perfectly isolated, quiet and very quiet. Inside we had a large well-furnished living room, a large kitchen corner and furnished with a dining table, a rather small room with a double bed, another very small room with a castle bed (which provided us with not a few difficulties given that, being the structure of the metal bed, with every movement it moved, we think it's a bed not suitable for adults and this should be specified), a larger bathroom with a well-furnished sauna, a small bathroom with a watercolour and washing room, three cupboards and a beer screen.
