I think those apartments are the worst what I have met before during my practice of booking. First of all, they take full price before 1 week at your arrival. If you have some problems and cannot arrive it will not bother them and they will not do any refund. They didn't answer my requests and as far as I know this is normal practice for them.

Unfriendly staff

We stayed here for 5 nights and was overall happy with the apartment.

The apartment we had was on Schonholzerstrasse and was on the Berlin Wall trail. It is also close to a U Bahn station and tram stops. 

It was a large mostly comfortable apartment, with decent facilities. Decent cooker, large fridge/freezer and washing machine. Also had dining table with 4 chairs.  Great shower room and comfortable bed.

Only negative was the couches were not comfortable, more bed settees than somewhere 
you would sit for any length of time. The wifi signal was poor if you need the internet.

Good Sized Apartment in Quiet Area

Very good for family&friends trip

The resort is located centrally and it's very comfortable. The check-in was smooth and efficient. The rooms are equipped with all amenities. You can stay for a week or a month and you will be comfortable as ever. Both the U bahn and tram stations are walking distance. The Berlin Wall memorial is also nearby and so are the party clubs. Do give it a try and you won't regret it. 

Nicely located and comfortable

We spent 10 days together in Ap. 10 on Fountain Street and were very satisfied. The apartment is simple furnished, has a bedroom and a living room with another bed or sofa. There is also a small outdoor seating area. The apartment is quiet, the subway is at the front door. There are a few breakfast cafes in the area. There are many restaurants, such as the Kastanienallee in about 15 minutes walk.

Pleasant, very quiet apartment

We stayed there last week, and the apartment they gave us had nothing to do with the photos or the opinions we had read. The dirty walls, dirty armchairs and even the sheets were dirty. Very old and in need of renovation. A few hours before arriving, we were told that due to technical problems it could not be paid with a card. The WiFi was also broken, 5 days broken....it is rare. And the restaurant does not exist. I would not stay there again.

A deceitful act of deceit.

Apartment 19 was spacious for two. It's also within walking distance of a bakery. It's great in the morning to have pastries or other refreshments. On the other hand, it's 50 meters from the subway which is extremely convenient.

Very good price ratio

When I booked, I thought they'd give me one room in a budget hotel, but they actually gave me two rooms, and there was a kitchen where I cooked myself, and a great location 200 meters from the subway station, next to the Berlin TV tower, shops, bars, all within walking distance.

Very high quality!

3 of us stayed here in April and we were shocked that this had been rated 8.5/10!   First of all we were angry at getting an email the night before we flew to say we had to pay cash on arrival! Had to change extra money at UK airport so not a good start.  
We stayed in Apt no 6 and the décor left a lot to be desired. Was a bit run down, what little furniture there was looked old and cheap, dirty marks on the walls, crockery chipped, curtains didn't fit windows, shower curtain dirty, blind too small in bathroom so it was possible to see in through the clear window. All in all it didn't spoil our break but I wouldn't go back there.  I have to say the location was very good! :-)

Desperately needs updating

Hostel located in central Berlin, just 20 minutes' walk from the Alexander Platz, with a metro stop at the door.We stayed in apartment number 8, fully equipped apartment, with a wedding bed, kitchen with full furnishings and bathroom with bathroom. Quiet and quiet atmosphere. With a small balcony overlooking a nice interior courtyard.The hostel's very friendly staff are ready to help you at all times.As a disadvantage, I would say that the reception closes at 7 pm so any problems that arise after that are not available to people to direct.In our case we pay for the wifi (3€ 24h) and it doesn't work, because after 7 pm no one could solve the problem and we could not enjoy it (they were so welcome to enter the center).
