I got the room U04 (169€). It's in the basement. It's pretty muddy there. The carpet was very stained. The room is extremely bright. There's a window to the hallway above the room door. So it got bright every time someone came in and I woke up. The darkening of the windows only with hallucinations. Staff friendly. Breakfast (12€) was okay. The garage (9€) was very narrow. Overall, the price/performance ratio is not the same.

I mean...

I stayed with my girlfriend in this hotel for two nights during a concert. One of the few points in favor of the structure was that it was easily accessible by means, the rest was a disaster. The room was very small, the bathroom was even bigger. Covers, sheets, sheets and even the floor were stained and dirty. Twice they knocked on the cleaning ladies while we were in the room and, despite both times we had said they could pass by soon, they never returned.

Inconsistent

I travel a lot around the world and stayed in many hotels, but this is the worst hotel I ever stayed. In 4 nights that we stayed, the room was never cleaned except once, the towels were never changed except once because we went to complaining with the receptionist. The room amenities were very poor, no tea & coffee facilities and no mini bar. The TV is there for nothing, only very few German channels. We paid €70 per night without breakfast, the breakfast was extra & cost €12 that it is expensive when you see what they serve for breakfast. For sure I will avoid this hotel in the future.

Worst Hotel

100% the worst hotel I have stayed in. Upon arriving at the hotel the staff were not the most welcoming and upon arriving at our room it was clear it was basic and no amenities at all ( 1 pillow and a thin duvet), lighting was dingy and bathroom very basic. Unfortunately the room next to us ruined our stay. Screaming and shouting all night, as well as a strong smell of tobacco seeping through our room. The welcoming booklet advises that reception is manned 24 hours a day. This is not true. We were awoken at 02:30 am so we went down to reception to complain about the noise, and reception was locked with the lights off. The following morning we went to to reception and complained about the noise all night. This was not resolved. staff did not offer any help and we are highly disappointed. would not recommend this stay at all. We will not be visiting again. 

Worst stay ever

A simple city hotel in a relatively central location. The hotel is really simple, the rooms are beautifully designed at first glance (color, beds made). At the second glance, it is noticeable that it is already quite crowded. There are small beauty flaws that can certainly be fixed without much effort. In the bathroom, for example, there is a small storage / rack at the shower for personal things, the shelf and the table were scratched, which can certainly be easily fixed. Also the bathroom door was broken, which just doesn't look nice. What really bothered us is how incredibly bright it is here. One could really have the conversations of the neighbors without any effort or accommodation. The TV program was actually a big one, obviously, because everything in the city was very convenient, and everything was very easy to listen to, because everything in the room was very light.

Very simple city hotel

My daughter had booked for me for 9 days, when I arrived I went into the room and was surprised by the very small size not to mention the bathroom with a children's bathroom. Despite everything being in a hurry for an appointment I overwhelmed. I left the suitcase without taking it off and went away. When I got back in the evening I picked up the plumber, which normally leave it bent at the foot of the bed, and I found the first surprise, pubic hair on the sheet, blood stains and animals walking on the bed (not mosquitoes).

Absolutely to avoid, blood stains, animals and the smell of sewage!!

But unfortunately (for us) it's not, and we'll find out in all the media, bookings, social media, etc. He's been in hotels in the jungle better maintained than this one. The walls and ceilings haven't been painted for centuries. The spiders of all sizes have T.I. bracelets. Do you want the air conditioning on the roof? Well no!!! no air... no air conditioner, nothing, the door opens and the air runs. Do you want the door lock? Well, you can't lock with the key, just with the door lock... the furniture, table, etc... are all unpainted (photos) and the clothes, etc. But we don't want to deceive the age of the room... When there are 2 rooms, or nothing, the door opens and the air runs.

Not for a Volver!

I could, I wouldn't give a star at all, since our stay was underground! We planned a short trip to Munich with the whole family anyway, and this hotel approached us directly. The good connection to public transport was positive. When we arrived, the recording was still consistently positive and friendly. That breakfast cost 12€/person per night (instead of 9€), so we hung up in the hotel, as our family was going to be very expensive anyway. That all the mega-close underground garage costed us 9€ per day - well, we are in Munich. We had our rooms and everything was definitely fine.

The worst hotel ever!

What surprised me the most is how easy is it to enter the hotel at night when the reception is closed. No card or key to unlock the main entrance door at night. Anyone can waltz in easily and explore the hotel (or find secluded place to sleep).

I wasn't happy when I was assigned to a room in close proximity of the outdoor fire escape staircase. No sheer curtains to shield the prying eyes from peeking into my room. The blinds inside the windows are difficult to modulate to get right. At night, I could smell the hefty amount of cigarette smoke wafting in my room through the slightly-opened windows, forcing me to shut the windows. I didn't sleep well due to the stifling air.

The dead bolt functions only on the hallway side, but not the room side. I don't know why I couldn't turn the dead bolt on the room side. I lodged the chair's back against the door at night for the "extra protection". The shower stall has no shelf for me to put my shampoo and such, forcing me to put them elsewhere outside the shower stall. The breakfast was dismal. The boiled eggs were already cold (it was 08.00 when I had the breakfast). Not much amount or selection of fresh fruits. I could spend €9 on a better breakfast at the bakery nearby.

When I mentioned the cigarette smoking and noise from the fire escape staircase, the receptionist apologised weakly and didn't do anything to rectify it.

Rough around the edges

I was satisfied with the welcome. The room was small but suitable for one person. Everything was clean and the TV was pretty big! The location was not bad either. Very comfortable and quiet. By metro it is easy to reach the city center.
