I've been here for a pleasure trip, a large and spacious room, very close to all the places of interest.

Acceptance and Comfort

In the middle of Siena. Very good restaurants 5-8mins away. All the major tourist destinations in a walking distance. 

Room-for-one was spacious and clean. Air condition worked very well and it was adjustable. The view was towards the street (buy ear plugs), which was beautiful. 

The bed is comfy and big enough to fit two people. You'll get breakfast vouchers for the cafè downstairs, where you can choose a sweet pastry, coffee and also some juice and a little salty thingy. Not much, but certainly does the job. 

Check-in was super easy  and friendly, and you get a map for the city. Very nice spots for sunset also nearby. 

Everything you need in Siena (except for pool).

B&b located in the center of Siena, a few minutes from the center. Excellent comfort, very well managed and clean space. It offers many comforts including shared kitchen and common room. The rooms are translucent or of Sienese traditions, as well as passion and attention to detail. Passions, emotions and folklore are reflected in the details, in the nuances of the furniture and the structures of the house. Absolutely recommended for romantic and tourist visit to Siena.

It's a dream room!

A dream room with a beautiful seasonal decoration. additionally, with a large window on the outside. the person who gave us the keys was very kind and explained everything to us. it is located in a very central area with great charm to enjoy the city on foot.

Precious room.

Very convenient central location, four steps from the parking lot and two steps from the Duomo on the opposite side. The owner is very kind and available for advice on city visits: at the disposal of the guests there are maps with personal indications on the historical and artistic sites to visit and especially on where to eat well! The rooms are hospitable, very warm even in winter, and silent: most of the windows overlook private alleys, a fly does not fly and you sleep very well!

Maximum availability

Located in a central position, it allows you to visit the city comfortably. The surroundings are clean with a few small flaws: the bidet was missing and the replacement dock next to the water did not work. The rooms, very quiet, were exposed on the inner alley.

Kindness and Availability in a Fine Environment

I couldn't stay at the property because of a car accident but I want to review the courtesy and willingness of the owner to understand the problem and cancel the reservation!

Great solution for a bite and run to Siena in a fantastic and very central location very kind people who make you feel at home and spacious and characteristic room sure a great experience we'll come back

It's a great location, but...

The rooms are located in an old-fashioned building in the historic center. The location confirms that it is really perfect. The apartment is accessed directly from an elevator that opens in the living area. The kitchen and living room are fully equipped with a coffee machine, ovens and refrigerator. Here you will be instructed on the use of keys and the rules of the house. Take a few minutes to listen to the details, they will help you. Our first room is really large with old-fashioned furniture but we had a small problem that was solved the next day with a change of room. Even the very large room, the bathroom in particular with a nice, shower and very original old-fashioned dishes. For breakfast we also serve the bar and canteen which is very clean and occupies a calendar, and then we wait for a calendar in the busiest price, and the room is very nice.
