When we ordered, of course, we were puffed up ourselves, we didn't see that the payment wasn't returned. Only that's why we stayed in this hotel. Strictly speaking, it's not a hotel at all, but an old apartment in an old house where rooms are rented. Only when we enter the hallway and see the steep staircase on the 2nd floor and the walls completely surrounded, the mood drops. At the same time, in order to enter the hallway, you have to enter the gate. And here is the izuminka - you have to call by phone!!! What you find in the roaming room is not interesting at all. There is no staff! There is no immediate contact! Reception and general kitchen - it's probably the same month, and it's also in the two kitchen rooms.

Good morning, dear travelers! This hotel has been looked after for a long time, but there was no fate. This time for the New Year in Vilnius everything was broken up, left either expensive apartments or on the outskirts. And oh wonder, there is Florence. Absolutely no regrets, a great hotel. The location is perfect, a minute to the station (we always go to Vilnius by train), a minute to the Dawn Gate. The room is quite spacious, warm, a huge cozy bed, there is a TV (few channels), fast wifi, towels, shampoos. In the hall is a refrigerator, everything for tea and coffee. Self-settlement is very simple and pleasant. So I didn't find any minuses.

A cozy, cheap hotel in the city centre!

Nice and attentive staff. Rooms are clean, spacious and warm, with free wi-fi. Very tasty coffee and tea, it is included to the price! Nice location – all touristic sights are easy reachable, centrals stations are also nearby. Prices are fully acquitted, taking into account that we had our own bath.Great!

Very nice alternative to hostels

This is the second time I stay in this hotel in Vilnus. The room is clean and cozy with a big bed. The hotel has a nice location, really good wi-fi and shared kitchen with fridge and microwave. When booking the room directly with the property, I got a big discount, which made the stay there even more enjoyable.

I liked it in there

Nice location: there are cafes and restaurants nearby. I was checked-in several hours earlier with no problem. The room is spacious, big, well-equipped. The hotel has the best prices for weekends. Thanks a lot! We are sure to come again!

Cozy and comfy, no objections

Don't ever think about this swamp of cruelty!!!!!!

The location is good: next to the station, around the corner the market and the old town. The cleaning is good. The heating can be adjusted. Your set of keys from all the doors. The identification mark is only at the entrance to the hallway. Next - which floor, which door is better to specify right at the front door, which is at the door. The room is tiny. I mourned the suppressed mattress. It was not possible to turn it over, it was on the frame. So all three nights it was on the edge, it never slept. If there was a lamp or a night, it would be much more comfortable. The lamp in the ceiling of 4 meters creates a sense of culture at home. If there are no entrances, then there is no one in the hall, so some of the staff in the hall broke the question.

It could have been better.

The location is good as it is only a short walk from both the bus station,railway station and market. The old town is also about a 10/15 mine stroll away. A much bigger sign is needed as it is easy to miss the entrance on Sodu St.Look for a bar with yellow plastic curtains and the entrance is opposite that on the RHS of the street. As has been mentioned,security when checking out is poor as there is no where to leave the keys .
You provide your own breakfast but there is tea and coffee provided and the use of a fridge,microwave ,cutlery and crockery.
My mattress had seen better days and the headboard squeeked. I solved that problem by sleeping with my head at the other end of the bed. The blind still let in light from the street lamp opposite . I solved that problem by opening my wardrobe door and keeping it propped open thus screening out the light.
The volume on the TV seemed to be permanently muted but I got BBC World News. WIFI was fine.I used ear plugs so slept OK. Plenty of hot water and a heated towel rail meant you can dry washing.
Certainly.  attention to the stairwell is needed as it may put people off  as it is pretty run down. Possibly it is a little overpriced but I don't have anything to compare it to. It is adequate for a short stay. Convenience is a big plus when staying here. There are a few bars nearby and Station 24 does food and is less than 100ms away. If you are looking to meet fellow travellers this is not the place as there is no lounge.

B &B Florens

It's not just noisy - it's like you're in the middle of a nightclub with no right to leave it. The windows go out to a street where there's a lot of traffic because there's no air conditioning in the rooms - you have to choose - not to breathe or not to sleep. Also, it's a nightclub that works any day of the week - and it seems very popular among the Russian-speaking population who are constantly barking and barking.

It's awful.

The location is great; short walking distance from central railway station (you can take buses from airport to the railway station), close to the old town. I basically walked to all my destinations in Vilnius, since this B&B is very much in the center. The entrance and the stairways were a bit disappointing, however when I got into the B&B it was quite OK. I had a big room with surprisingly tall ceiling, private bathroom & loo also private balcony! :) As others mentioned, there is no breakfast. But, there is a kitchen and a fridge. Wifi was fine, I accessed satellite channels on my TV. I received keys for my room and the main doors (for my late entrances).
The receptionist and apparently the only staff (Natalia) is a pleasant person, she speaks fluent English and is quite helpful and friendly.
