It's cold in the room, it's kind of a nice smell, but the staff is not always greeted, the dust isn't cleaned, the glasses aren't washed, the stains on the carpet and the chairs are bad, the first time was in 2014, the breakfast hasn't changed in eight years, the wallpaper hasn't changed.

Art hotel economy class. You can give three stars. Breakfast one for all days: eggshells, pancakes, bread with oil or raw. Tea and coffee. No choice in food.

Stayed a few nights at the business meeting, and the hotel is clean and friendly.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. The first time was in May. And, I must say, the impressions are different. In May we had a very successful room - 7. This time we were moved to room 14 and the hearing was incredibly high, both from the hallway and from the next room.

Pros and cons

In this luxury there was no air conditioner (at street temperature of 33 grams) at the end of the night, so to sleep in such a heat had to open a window that opens not to a quiet park, but to the passing part, which in turn prevents rest. In the two rooms only one rosette (double) was at the TV.

The hotel was chosen to stay overnight in a car by the method of scientific tuck. The most unexpected was the wonderful impression from the accommodation. The room was not ordered in advance. When the lovely girl-administrator arrived, blinking her eyes, she said that only the luxury room was available, but the price with the discount would be 3100 rubles. Since the price was quite convenient, and to go looking for something else, they agreed. And they did not regret!!! A small, very comfortable room from the common room and bedroom, a huge bathroom, excellent furniture, taste, quietness, and relaxation at the rest of the morning.

I was in Kirov City on a business trip, the hotel was very convenient. I found out on the spot that breakfast is not included in the room price, but is made free of charge for each guest. The staff is polite, attentive, the room is small, but quite cozy, there is a TV, fans, maybe only a refrigerator, but it was in the common kitchen, so, not critical. I don't understand people who write that coffee is soluble, breakfast is sparse, etc. so it's a gift, you don't get paid for breakfast and it's not included in the room price, you want to eat or you don't want to eat. I'm not coming here the first time, always at home, a wonderful hotel!

She stopped for one night on a business trip, the room was awful cold, didn't save the blanket, put all the clothes on herself, asked the heater administrator to bring some small one that heats only half a meter around the heater. awful breakfast-cold dried eggs, the cheapest soluble coffee.

I'll remember the cold in room an all my life.

I like the cozy atmosphere of the house, the pleasant polite staff, the clean rooms, delicious breakfast as a gift, the democratic prices. Nearby is a large shopping center, a spa center and several restaurants. Everything is very even dignified! I'll be back again.

I stayed in Kirov in November 2018. I stayed in the Art hotel in a standard room for more than a week. Very not even a bad hotel for such a cost. Everything is clean, always fresh laundry and towels. Every day the room was cleaned, towels were changed. I read the previous review about insects, it is hard to believe, you can see that the hotel is occupied. Breakfast is standard every day ((eggplant, pancakes), but always fresh, especially breakfast is a gift, that's a plus.
