1. Regarding the windows, due to the fact that this is a high-rise building, the windows in the house do not open completely and it is not possible to service them from the outside on your own.
The windows are washed by the Management Company 2 times a year.
2. After you reported dirt under the sofa, you were offered additional cleaning which you refused.
3. During your stay, you broke a cabinet in the kitchen, for which a security deposit was withheld from you, there were no other claims against you.
4. WiFi was paid for the next day.
