The hotel is located in an excellent green area. There is a park nearby called Kazminki: very pleasant, interesting, suitable for walking at any time of the year. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are a large number of shops, there is a cinema, there is a unique farmer's market, that is, hungry and sad people can hardly stay around)) In relation to the metro the hotel is close, but it is convenient to walk, and you can also get there. WiFi works well. The rooms are not bad, but the cleaning does not withstand criticism.

It used to be better.

If you're a Moskovich and you've decided to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, but the budget is not big, you're here! The hotel is located in the heart of the Kuzminki district in the developed infrastructure of a big city. Although the hotel is still open in the USSR, the repair, planning, plumbing and furniture are very fresh. The sanitation was pleasantly surprised and everything was included as a hygienic accessory, even a shower cap. The toilet seat, of course, is pleasant. The staff welcomed. Although it's very unfortunate that the morning breakfasts that were usually included in the accommodation were canceled.

Far from the hustle and bustle of the city

For a two-star hotel, it's nothing. The beds are normal, the clothes are clean, they clean on time, the toilet is clean, the kitchen is good, the staff is polite and mobile. The only proper location of the rosettes in the room. Everything else is acceptable.

Price and quality

1)The staff rarely converses in English specially the reception. They don’t even attempt to try to talk in English even if you have an issue. 
2)They were rude to us initially as they were facing problems with our local district registration and that too was an issue on their part. We had given them all necessary documents. We were told they would KICK US OUT if our registration failed, and it was a very bad experience. 
3)The Room was cold throughout and we could manage only because a very helpful cleaning lady gave us an electric heater. 
4)No toiletries were provided except toilet paper and hand wash. Bathroom was not clean and all bathroom fittings were very old and almost broken. (Shared with 3 rooms)
5)The Room had a shared kitchen( with 3 rooms in total). With no kitchen ware. You only get a stove ! 
6)They have 2 lifts and are very slow for the 16 floors they have in the hotel.
7)The fridge in the room was very old like 1990 old or maybe even before and it used to make a lot of noise.
8) The beds were not comfortable as the mattresses were very old and felt bumpy. 
9)Room Service is not done on a timely basis and is only done at your request. They will provide the bed linen but will ask you to change it. The room was dusty and the carpet felt very old and laden with mud. 
10)The balcony had burnt cigarette butts all over and was not even cleaned once through our 15 day stay. 
11)It is hard to shift to a different hotel once u pay. So better have a visit before you conclude the deal (if possible).
12)The Internet is the worst. They will log you out every 30 minutes. So u have to log in manually every time. And the max speed does not go more than 300 Kbps on the best days. The router range was very difficult to get as our room was away from the router. 

To be avoided if you need better services and good internet

He came to Moscow to study at the university, got accommodation for a small price, welcoming staff, a flat room even if he burned the shirt a little. Small rooms, perfect for business travel.

A budget hotel with friendly staff!

Strange hotel. polite staff. That's the end of it. The number of rooms is not clear. I walked around for a long time and couldn't find which room was mine. But the most terrible thing is the doors. The room was obviously knocked out earlier, traces of ordinary locks (now magnetic key-map) a garbage can one by 3 blocks. We didn't put soap and shampoo. It's quite far from the metro.

Low level of hotel and furniture

All rooms have shared bathroom and toilet and some have shared kitchen too. A little bit cold but normal. They clean everything so good. They have 2 elevators but very slow and take many times. But the WORST thing. Because the bathrooms shared so you should live with somebody next to your room and most of them russian and this time one guy next to my room drunk and start to say load things in russian and then try to broke my door to get in without no reason . I was lucky because my russian friend live in this hotel so i call him fast and tell to him. He come to me fast and we go to reception and ask to change the room. If that guy could come to my room i don't know what would happen. I can defend myself but i dont know others can or not.if  you are non russian try to find a hotel in center. 

If you are foreigner avoid this place 

It is a very expensive place and everything very old inside. It is like it's going to crush every minute. They have two types of numbers - very small and big number with kitchen. But the kitchen will serve you neighbor too.

It's a hotel with everything you need he's been 6 times since I went to work and has a lot of transportation facilities and in front of there is a supermarket to buy everything you need, people are very kind to always return.
