It's very clean (except for hard-to-reach places, like under the couch). It's a nice place, you can walk along the beautiful waterfront. 1,5-2 km to the center. One-time slippers. Clean sanitation.

The building is new. The building is being renovated, periodically here, then there are perforators working there, my 2-year-old child was crying all the time from scary sounds, had to go out and couldn't sleep during the day. There are no neighbors yet
