The apartment is on the first floor, not exactly the basement. The windows open to the green flower room. In the yard, there are two cared-for cats. We apologize, but we were not clear how they could interfere with you. The lock is not powered by electricity because it runs on batteries. If you try to enter the wrong code five times, the lock is locked for 10 minutes, after which you can enter the code again. The support service is open 24 hours a day, and the booking service is from 10am to 10pm. We explained that you called the booking department number, although your voucher had a number for your care. If you had called the correct number, we would have made it immediately.
