No room cleaning. There is no free drinking water, if you want to drink, water must be purchased at the hotel for 100 rubles per bottle. I stayed here for 5 nights. for me it was like hell. There are much better and cheaper apartments here in St. Petersburg. I would not recommend it to anyone I know. Includes Russian tour groups in my country
The accommodation cannot issue registration tickets to tourists.

From the first meeting at the reception to the key handing out, everything was nice. We were not rude people: we didn 't wash towels at home every day and the floors weren 't mine. And we didn 't ask for that from the staff. When needed - we told what was missing and everything was done right away. We left in the morning, we came in the evening. Sleeping well, comfy, clean, shower clean, comfortable. We didn 't cook in the room, we had breakfast

-the staff did not show flexibility to the resting guests, thereby spoiling all impression about the vacation... -the soap was not updated, the stains on the bed... -the soundproofing was terrible, every chich could be heard, the toilet in the room would not go.... -the size of the double bed is less than half a torque of the usual standards... -the hot water is uncontrollable, it may become very hot.
