A small bathroom but not necessarily larger. I missed some desk or shelf where to put the necessary one. Room and bathroom very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The room consists of a ventilator for heating.

Rest after a tour.

Excellent location, inside the wall, parking for 1 € a day. The very large room and that which was triple, and very clean with everything necessary, plus mirror, TV, various sockets and desk with chair. The large and very clean bathroom, with gel, shampoo and toilet paper in excess. The beds were very comfortable, we stayed 3 people very well. At the entrance there is a space with table, chairs, microwaves and a drink machine. The telephone service is excellent. Super recommended!!

I booked this room because in a touristy town where prices soar for weekend getaways, it was the last available economical option when I needed to overnight for business. I can see why: I can't believe this would be anyone's first choice. My room looked nothing like the photo on the booking site. A funny smell as soon as I entered the room; scratched, scuffed walls; people constantly trudging noisily up and down the stairs, and walls so thin one could hear every burp or sneeze. In addition, it was -5ºC outside and the heating only came on from 8pm to 10pm, then again at 9am. Worst of all, when I went out for coffee in the morning I found one or possibly two people sleeping in the common room facing the (unstaffed) reception desk, with food wrappers strewn around them; unsure if they were guests who'd argued with their roommates or just people who wandered in off the street. Unfortunately, when accomodations switch to unstaffed reception with keys in boxes and no employee on site, one runs the risk of such events.

Disappointing, though the people sleeping in the lobby seemed to like it!

We stayed in the hostel for one night and it was a pleasant surprise. clean, centric, comfortable, clean and a huge room. we are two but the room has two large beds and a sofa bed for two other people...and all this for an impressive price of 24€! we touched the attic... we had a velux overlooking the cathedral... I doubt I would recommend it and if I return to Ávila... I'll repeat.

Surprisingly!!!!

To be a hostel it is very good its private rooms and has its private bathroom We stayed in the room of the hotel perfect for our family location very good walking you find several tourist spots in the city very close to the castle is a very clean place and has a reception 24 hours but are always waiting to send you access codes I recommend.

Central Central

If you can sleep thro a storm/sound sleeper, you will no issues with this Hostal. 
Access is via a door code then another code to access your key from the safe box by your door. There is no parking anywhere near the hotel. You could stop outside the front door to unpack, but be quick. Lol. Our room was clean with a comfy bed and pillows. A small balcony with a roll up external blind give access to the outside world. The balcony doors are double glazed but NOT sound proofed. A lot of noise is evident. It is situated inside the city walls. 
If you are a light sleeper then you may well have issues with; noise from the building site across the narrow road starting approx 07.30 (this is a transient problem); the traffic noise directly outside your room, the central heating clicks in at about 06.30 with a fair amount of noise and running water sounds, anyone running a tap or flushing a toilet. All these are very noticeable.
Down rated because of noise level and unloadi g issues.

To be a hostel, the truth is that it was very clean, the comfortable room and bathroom with everything necessary.The room temperature is a little high.The quiet zone.No sticks can be put on it.Recommended.

The price ratio is very good.

When we arrived we realized that there was no elevator and when we saw the cleaner there, we decided that there would be no room on the ground floor, since he has a bad leg and it takes a lot of time to get up the stairs. When the lady told us that we should have asked for it on time, because it turns out that everything that was staying on the phone was young boys and they could have felt like they were staying on the third floor (45 steps or less), we decided to call the cleaner there, but we decided that we would call the room where we were staying on the ground floor (but we knew that it was a little further away), so we went to the bathroom where we were staying, and the last thing we did was to call her, and she said that there was more than one way to get to the bathroom.

When I saw the check in my account I quickly called the hostel to explain the situation and was told that if the room was occupied, they would return the money, so that I would be in contact with them last weekend. I made a couple of calls on Saturday to check if rooms were available and see if they were finally occupied and they informed me that there was no problem, that I was so happy that I thought they would probably return everything to me. Today I called to fix it, trusting that I would not have a problem, but I was surprised that the phone called me and told me that they had called me during the week and that people were not able to occupy the room.

Lack of ethics, liars and bad people.

To say that when we arrived we were welcomed very well, with a smile that was appreciated and much appreciated, at least by me. The room was right, neither did it surpass anything. No air conditioning, the closet was fairito and the small but good bathroom was only for one night, so approved loudly.
