The hotel doesn’t answer calls…we had booked via booking.com but due to a medical emergency we got delayed to reach the hotel and we tried contacting the hotel for 2 and half days, sent multiple emails but the hotel staff just doesn’t respond. My grand father felt unwell at the transit airport and we missed our connecting flight. We tried to call them to inform them That we will be reaching 1 day late but because there was no communication, they canceled our whole booking. And again left us stranded 

Very bad call service

We stayed for two days the hotel is well located the perfect cleaning, small but very new room, the perfect mattress, safe zone x the night good price the friendly staff and in addition every day they ask you x whatsapp if you need something we recommend it.... ahhhhh and the tables have two incredible sockets,

Apartment/Hotel accommodating, central, clean and comfortable, where the treatment was very good and the room was loft-type.They also have a parking with a price agreement near their location, and at certain times of the day it is complete, which in Madrid is always very convenient.

Good:
+ Great location for tourists
+ Great locations for gay tourists
+ Relatively cheaper than other places
+ Wifi worked fine *most* of times
+ When I checked out of the reception guys carried my luggage downstairs to taxi without me asking of him. It was very thoughtful
Bads:
- Reception staff could be kinder and more attentive. 
- Hot water in shower ends pretty fast
- The shower hole was clogged, was fixed after I complained
- Booking said the room was soundproof. It definitely wasn't.

All in all, it was among the cheapest prices I found for an accommodation with private room+bathroom that's located in a centered are. For me it was mediocre. But even though the price was relatively low- I  expected for a bit more, so in my opinion it wasn't 100% worth the price and next time I'd stay in another place.

Not awful- but wouldn't return

Room and small bed. Tiny bathroom. The bathroom is for hallucination, I haven't seen it smaller and I'm a regular hotel user. The cleaning in the room is pretty much desirable, especially in the shower. For the price it has, why don't you fix the room, fold the towels and go through the mop, right? Well no... I've been in bed for 3 days and had to do it myself. Regarding towels... is it really that hard to change the towels when they're no longer dry? The 3 towels they gave me could have 2 million uses. The TV wasn't seen... whether because the cable connection was weak or because the antenna or the TV wasn't working, but the TV wasn't a single channel.

One and no more.

In the center of Madrid, the room is very clean, with everything you need for a cheap stay. The people at the reception are very friendly. On the first floor with an elevator. The only thing I don't like is waiting for a little noise but otherwise everything was nickel.

In the centre of Madrid at a low price

Perfect location, and I paid not very much for a single room. Reception staff were friendly. And my room even had a shower and toilet! I really enjoyed the stay. If you’re looking for something affordable, a good location, with clean room and services (obviously not too lavish) then book this hotel. 

Very good stay

We stayed in the Immaculate Bridge, four nights for four people about 800.00 euros, a real madness for what we were offered.The photo of the reservation was misleading, in fact we were not given the reservation apartment, but a one-room apartment for 4 people, very small. For the larger apartment they asked for more money on the spot, we did not accept. Positive notes the proximity to the city center and the kindness of the staff, especially the girl.

Deceptive advertising

The cost-benefit of this place is incredible, we pay 80€ for two people for an apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, dining room and kitchen, in an incredible area the guy at the reception is a dear you always collaborates... the truth would come back every time I go to Madrid incredible.

This is a business opportunity.

Too expensive for what it is... small room and even smaller bathroom. The bathroom is tiny and it's impossible not to soak everything when you open the faucet. Too loud because the room was in the hallway of the reception, and even worse at night, it looks like you're inside the street bars. Let's make the soundproofing shine by its absence. On the other hand, the cleaning is poor. You've got laces that weren't yesterday... both in the bathroom and in the lajan room. And it's just a roll of toilet paper... and then there's no one at the reception to ask for it. Let's not go back.
