I stayed in a private room and it's a wonderful accommodation, with everything you need to enjoy a Madrid getaway. It has air conditioning and an electric radiator, so you'll always be warm. It's cool to put on water and whatever we want. And plenty of peace of mind. I highly recommend it.

A great option in Madrid for accommodation.

It's the first time I've been to Madrid and I'm sure I'll be back. To disconnect and rest totally recommended. The comfortable beds and the simple and very clean room with WiFi. Amazing!!

The facilities are simple and handled by the wonderful staff.

They left me hanging up one Friday night in Madrid with the whole family. We were given the 304, the bed literally under a rotating window and in the rain. The mattress was a soaked sponge and they gave us no alternative. They left half the money and of course they're already in court. I don't understand the positive opinions, the truth is, they shouldn't be on the market.

Without a doubt the worst experience of my life in a hostel.

If what you're looking for is a hotel that smells like a rancid cigarette all day, that treats you like a cockroach out of the room if you don't sell at the time they don't even advise you, this is your place.

The worst service I've ever received.

The hostel does not have a reception desk, when we arrive there the door is closed but there was a sign that said that the waiting time is from 10:00 am to 02:00 am. We tried to locate them by phone up to 10 times since we just wanted to get the keys so we could go to the center of Madrid. They told us by email that it was the only way to locate them and obviously delayed in replying that until 3:00 pm no one would tell them that I have the tickets for a musical and that I can't stay all morning waiting for them to have a schedule at the door and that it is to be fulfilled... They show up at 12:00 am and please do us the favor... a total of 2 hours making time for us to get the keys.

So as not to repeat it.

I spent time with some friends at the restaurant, and then I went to the rooms.From the food to say that the menu is cheap and varied, besides being very good and well served.The rooms are spacious, with heating and bathroom.

A good hostel is recommended.

It's very expensive for what it is a hostel cutre, which if true is that it's all clean but it's all dwarf, the bad beds wake me up with torticulis and everything and good for me the worst the staff, super noisy when it comes to making the rooms and the care bad and unprofessional I'd rather sleep in the car than here!

Book by phone and tell me the time of arrival and when I arrived at the place I was told that they could not attend me because they were waiting for the restaurant that returned half an hour later.

A group of friends wanted to get together to eat something rich, not to be crowded, to be able to make a dessert that wasn't expensive.In El Descanso we ate the lechazo they made in an oven that is in sight, drank a good Ribera de Duero to accompany him along with some entrants, and then they added the desserts, chupitos and glasses.The treat was excellent, the food was good, and not a bad price to pay to ride a jaleo or leave the restaurant late.
