I don't even want to double down on a laundry shirt, I was told that the laundry would arrive at mid-morning and mid-afternoon and I had to leave the room without it, I had to add it to the suitcase in the lobby and they didn't even want me to pay double down.

A place to stay.

The apart hotel is very well located, in an excellent area of Madrid.The rooms are comfortable and provide you with microwaves, electric cafeteria and kitchen appliances if you ask.There is a discount in the parking lot of plaza Colón if you are a guest of the hotel.

I usually book here because they are of good quality and priced, as they are very well located in the centre of Madrid.The staff are friendly and have helped me with some petition that I had to make to them.I recommend changing the protectors of the sofas and cleaning products as the smell is very intense.

Good quality ratio price in excellent condition

We've been this weekend, the truth is that it's been a bad experience. Good location, but the rooms leave much to be desired. The apartment was super dirty, we put a rubber rubber hair under a bed, hair all over the place, the badly made beds, and most importantly, inside the closet some bragging!!!! We were freaked out, because we said it at the reception and didn't apologize for anything, only they told us that they would have to pick them up.

 Clean up the mess.

The hotel is clean and well situated, very centrally located, a 4-minute walk from the metro. Excellent treatment from the reception staff. Although they do not have their own parking, they have convenience with the public car park of Empark Colon (a 3-minute walk away). They provide you with some discount vouchers that reduce the price considerably. One of the rooms has a glass window that faces the hallway and when guests from other rooms pass by they are heard speaking loudly.

Comfortable and centrally located.

The best is the location.The room is nice, no florisations.Noises and barking were heard from the room, as were the conversations of the neighbors.The cafeteria is nice, at least for breakfast they put you a good snack.

Apartment hotel in a good location. Quality price great. Near everything. And in the heart of Madrid. A few meters from the Alcala gate. The rooms in good condition and large. Towels and shampoos every day. 2 per person.

The location and condition are perfect.

We had to order blankets so we could sleep (with socks included) and that we would leave the heater on all day long.

Increase the kitchen equipment, add microwaves and utensils.The quality of the bathroom is very good, the beds are very comfortable, not to mention the pillows, about 10.

Improvements to personal and wifi

The location is very good in the neighborhood of Salamanca next to the Archaeological Museum. The bed was comfortable and the current decoration. It is not exactly the usual concept of a separate hotel because, although it has a freezer and glassware, it is not equipped with kitchenware (you can order at the reception with extra charge). You can order microwaves and toaster without charge but you can leave them if available at that time. There is no parking in the building but they have an agreement with the parking of Plaza Colón, which is very close for 22 euros a day. The reception urgently needs a renovation. The loosest thing was the cleaning because it didn't look clean in depth but a little above (houses on the sofa the day we arrived and after 3 days tended to be there).
