We booked this house for this bridge in December and due to force majeure we were unable to attend.We gave the owner the option to change the dates so as not to lose money, first deceiving ourselves into believing that Booking was the problem after very bad forms, not agreed.We have tried to come up with a fair solution for everyone, but he has decided to be uncompromising and take advantage of the situation.Of course we do not recommend this house for the treatment received...

Inflexibility is inflexibility.

The owner of the house got us drunk and we were still cleaning the house, when we wrote him that we were going to arrive for dinner time. The house is not at all like what can be seen in the photos they put, the yard was all full of sticks and the sofas and beds looked in bad shape. We booked the whole house for Christmas (for 14 family members), but in the end we didn't stay because everything was dirty (the fridge, the saunas, you stay on the floor,...) and above there was no oven or freezer, when he told us that there were two ovens. In the second we walked around the house, when he said that we wouldn't influence the borrowers that we booked. So we lied about COVID, because we never wanted to prove the fatal condition of the house, but after that we decided that we should go to the countryside, we didn't want to go to the house, and then we decided that we should go to the house, but after that, we didn't want to go to the house, and then we decided to go to a lot of money.

I don't understand how platforms like Booking, TripAdvisor, etc. can continue to serve this liar!! We booked for this bridge and asked him to cancel the reservation for a storm of snow and 40 cm of snow in that remote village and he told us that he would no problem tell Booking to return it to us...All lies.If he has got our money, he has not returned anything to us and has rented it back.I spoke to him several times and he told me totally drunk that he was eating his ear and leaving it in his pocket.

The rural house Ardantzena

We stayed the third week of August in the country house Ardantzena, located in a small village called Ardaitz, which is well situated in the region, and allows you to visit a good part of Navarre. It is located near Roncesvalles, Irati jungle, Salazar valleys, Sorigain, etc. It is an old house, tastefully rehabilitated, with a Txoco or common dining room, with right to kitchen, fridge and barbecue, located in a beautiful garden. The room was spacious, practically an apartment, with two beds for my children and a wedding bed in one room for us, besides it was clean. We spent three days and made the most of them. The house is run by Peio, a real person, we were treated well, the evening of Daniel, the evening of Daniel, the evening of Sequoia, and we were sure to repeat some of the pleasant and pleasant things that were happening to us.

A phenomenal stay.

The owner's business card is kept on the street waiting for the rest of the house to arrive because no one else knows that you have reserved a room. When he gets to locate the next neighbor and is worthy to come, he appears with a drunken face like a general. Creeroslo! He could barely complete a phrase. He got us where he could because the other guests (two couples with children) had given them the rest of the house thinking that no one else would show up.

The house of terror.

The owner smoked and drank. The smell of marijuana in almost the entire house, constant. The cleaning of the dishes..... no comments. Other tenants left it in the sink uncleaned.... The sheets, franelate, with balls that looked like albóndigas.... And for the colmo, the price, unorbited, we wanted to charge the two extra when we said we were going, and the agreed price was for the room.

SALIMOS CORRIENDO is also known as Salim.

The house is in a small village of 10 inhabitants in the mountains.The rooms were clean and the house was almost entirely for us.The owner was very attentive.The renovation of the house is tastefully done.We missed that they offer breakfast.Recommended.

Rural environment and absolute tranquility.

We had a reservation from Friday to Sunday, and on Saturday morning we had to go because the situation was unsustainable. Pedro, on Friday when we were received was drunk and in a truly deplorable state. The house was dirty, careless, there was no oven, no very old cafeteria, we had children and there were no extra beds prepared, there was no gas and he was passing around the house with butano bombs... A horror. Pedro on Saturday morning got very badly humored after his drunkenness, so we asked for ways to pay him for what he had done to pay for his subscription, in addition to walking with his poor milk for stra casa and bad manners without any repair.

FATAL is fatal.

This Casa Rural is situated in a small village. Just some houses and a church, no cafes, no restaurants, no supermarkets. You have to travel approx 15 km or more to have access to some them so you might need some form of transport ....
It's "isolation" is also the main beauty of this place.
It can be very very quiet and tranquil but don't forget you live with other people in the casa as well as the people of the village (the ones we met were very outgoing and friendly) so sometimes it's noisy!
I'm impressed by the work and dedication Piedro the owner and his friends have put in this Casa bringing it to its current state. 
There are a couple of photo albums laying around in the communal area and you will see what I mean.
Our room was big and felt cosy with plenty of airflow and minimal furniture. Attached bathroom, good shower.
No wifi and no phone reception in room and sporadic outside.
No tv in room which I enjoyed.
A big communal kitchen/eating space/lounge. 
Kitchen could do with some tlc and cleaning up of things laying around.
The garden outside is a nice place to sit and relax but it also needs attention... a good clean up of stuff laying around,some new chairs to relax and some plants in the pots and it's back to its former glory as seen on the photographs.
Nature around is beautifully rugged, great for walking and biking or swimming in the river which has some fantastic swimming holes. You have to go back down to the "main" road for the river though it's not in the village.
I really enjoyed my stay. Piedro the owner was amicable and un intrusive, although not big on pr.
I hope to come back again one day
and relax!
