They give you the key to the room at 14:00, we had a wedding at 13:00 and we had to go afterwards, in the middle of the wedding to pick up the keys.

No, I do not recommend it.

I went to this campground with my family and I had a wonderful time. The food was very good as well as the service. I had a wonderful time and there were lots of places to go to and sites to see.  It was a very enjoyable trip.

Good

The worst treatment ever received: unpleasant staff and borders. Extremely expensive for what it offers, no parking nearby. The mattresses and cushions were dirty. There are many hotels in the area and it is not worth wasting money on a hotel like this.

Horrible experience, totally rude and unpleasant receptionist, 0 percent respect, you can't talk at night, you enter rooms when you're not there, no covid protocol, you're received without a mask and treated like you owe them something, totally unpleasant treatment, you should be forbidden to engage in public speaking with people like this, a real shame.

Psychiatric personnel are needed.

Let's start with the good: the cleaning. Let's continue with the bad: everything else. Despite the windows, the noise of the road that is attached to the hotel is infernal. It says it has a restaurant and then it is not operational. Excessive price for the category of accommodation. Small beds. Finally, nothing is advisable.

The hotel of noises

The place is very beautiful, the decor is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and very clean and thanks to the cold that came out to get to a warm place. But the best of all are the hosts, a charm and the best treatment impossible. Also comment on the breakfast, everything rich and with natural products. Recommended 100x100 if you want a quiet and familiar weekend. Let's repeat!

A place to repeat.

Rooms without a minimum of soundproofing and clearly how you touch the typical one that we all know... because even the TV can't be put on, the host is a rude one who talks to you as if you owe her something, they caught my attention and my girl's at 8 pm claiming that the neighbors complained of noise until 4 am when we went to bed at 12 and then woke us up with the showers and the ones that arrived later (0 soundproofing + room + room + special neighbors = stupid things), very nice place, clean and everything but the lady at the reception should do a course of education and then before walking up to the free polls at the reception the rest of the world without asking us about the other things that are pleasant, but not to entertain, but to keep the relationship going, because it's OK.

I have a lot of respect for my education.

Nice location in Rascafría. Quiet although we couldn't enjoy too much time (it was only one night). Check-in must be done early.

Good situation, peace of mind and security.

Very close to the town centre, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town square. Everything very new and neat. Perfect for moving around the area.

It's the second time I've been.The hotel is super clean, the hotel staff are very nice.I think I'll come back more often.The rooms are very cozy, it's a quiet and quiet place to spend the night.
