Very nice and modern decorated. Functional. Very clean with everything necessary. Bed and breakfasts comfortable and temperature graduable Very comfortable. Telephone service with super friendly staff. No reception for quizzes for the dates but perfect system for access codes. Thank you!!

Just what we needed.

We're in a room where the wifi doesn't work, the fridge doesn't go, the toilet light is melted.....To charge we get a phone call from a phone to which later to resolve these problems don't even contest calls and messages.

Shameful.

The hostel is well situated. It is comfortable and clean. The rooms are a little small but still, enough. A very quiet and quiet place. There is air conditioning. There is a small fridge in the room although it does not cool too much.

Quiet and comfortable.

I chose this accommodation because it was one of the few options of a Smartbox box in Soria with 2 nights and 2 breakfasts.Two days before arrival I was called to tell me that due to Covid they could not give us breakfast.We did not cancel the booking due to the difficulty of finding another accommodation ready to travel.I asked for an alternative to breakfast (another place they offered) or a compensation but they told me that it was not cost effective for them to pay for breakfast elsewhere.Today I am still waiting for a compensation.The room was very small and the bathroom tank was filled to a tremendous level, so it took a long time to get to the reception.Air and wifi connections.At no point did we see anyone en route and we received instructions to pick up the room tickets (which would make the room run smoothly, but no one would be able to replicate if the room moved near the center, but I'd like to inform you that if the room was running smoothly, no one would have to repeat.

Dissatisfaction with the situation

The room is just for 2 people, has air conditioning and a closet. The bed is very comfortable. The large bathroom. The wifi worked perfectly. It has a breakfast room at no extra cost, a bit of stew, juice, milk, coffee, yogurts, cereals, etc... Very good to start the day. It is located close to the center but in a quiet and easy parking area. I would recommend to the owner, put a brake on the front door, people instead of accompanying the door to the sueltan and glues ringing throughout the building.

Accommodation is highly recommended.

We were very comfortable in our stay in Soria in East Hostal. Very central, next to the bullring, a few minutes from downtown. Bordered by the blue zone it is sometimes difficult to find some free plaza but every day we were able to park near the hostal. Room, no 4, very nice, quiet, spacious and clean with a large window that gives to the plaza with a comfortable bed. Ample bathroom with a hydromassage spirit. Small TV. Good Wi-Fi function, free of charge. A detail is the room in the plant next to the bakery where you have everything you need, coffee, milk, butter, bakery, receptions, yogurt during the whole day and free of charge. Another surprise is the fridge, which always comes.

A pleasant surprise.

The hotel is close to the center. Breakfast details. The right attention. Not always there are people at the reception but they have a contact phone. The small but correct room. In short, a simple but good hotel to be in Soria someday.

Although we didn't see anybody at the hotel everything seemed to be under control.
Rooms were ready and clean. Breakfast buffet was available for your preparation. For any issues, owner/receptionist is available via phone.

Good price quality ratio

I was booked by phone with a gift box of The Life Is Beautiful in November last year and the day before I left I was told that I had been confused in the booking and that we didn't have room that weekend. I'm convinced, by the way they explained, that they got some better booking and had no problem cancelling mine, since it was made by phone and not through the web.Y we never apologized at all.So I had to change the trip to May and make the booking in writing so that I wouldn't have to do the same thing again.In my opinion it's OK, not because of the room, that the price-quality ratio isn't bad.The room was very small but clean and correct: bedbuilding, equipped, full bathroom, etc. The deserts are abundant. The city has excellent prices, but the prices are excellent.

Be careful when making reservations over the phone!

To be a hostel, it's very nice, comfortable, central, very clean, with breakfast included (at least in my case), highly recommended, to return to Soria.
