The person never answered our questions and text messages 24 hours before we arrived in London. He answered us the next day when we had already arrived in London by offering us a bath towel rental service for £4.

Horrible and Arnak

After more than half an hour of trying, the owner finally responded, whose answer was: It's very late, it's closed. We told him that we specified our arrival time and that no one had ever told us that it couldn't be so, but anyway we stayed there for twenty minutes and sent a text saying we're happy and your reservation has been cancelled, charging us three times the total location of the only room we'd booked in the room, but we were able to stay there for three nights, and the next night was cold, and the next night was raining, so we could look for the last room in the London area, but we could not find the last room in the hotel, so we were lucky enough to spend the next morning and the next day, but we were not able to spend the last four hours in the hotel, so we could not have a single phone number.

I booked this via Booking.com and it was so awful I could not stay there and had to book elsewhere on the spot. It was dirty, the flooring was all ripped, the cooker was falling apart. The bathroom was acceptable but there was no way I could stay in room and use facilities as they were nothing like photos. Would advise anyone not to stay here!

We book through booking.com and the service was pre-paid, as long as we didn't had any trouble before with booking we were confident.

But... This hostel is the darkest hole we've ever been. First of all there was nobody to open the door and we were open by other guests after several knocks. Then, there was no room for us, everything was a mess and the other guests said they had past through the same and they give us the phone number of the owner that after several calls said, in bad manners that we shall take whatever room that was open and stay there... The only room that was open was not prepared for guests, no sheets, no towels and completely diferent from the one we booked. There was no hot water nor wifi in the house and two other groups of guests arrived that night in the same circumstances.

We decided to stay because was late at night, so we sleept there, and the next morning we find out that the owner posed in our reservation like we didn't arrived... So we are not able to let a bad comment on booking.com about this scam.

THIS HOSTEL IS A SCAM AND BOOKING.COM IS AWARE OF IT AND TOOK NO RESPONSABILITIES AT ALL. 

Worse experience ever, is SCAM

I strongly discourage you!!! We booked a room at this owner's house for the weekend... arrived on the spot no reservation and on the street!!! And yet we paid the entire rent and warned 24 hours before and an hour before we arrived!!! This owner is on the blacklist on 3 sites.

No rental on the key!!!

Hello everyone, I went to London with my partner for a three-day stay from August 5th to 8th. As requested, I called the hotel 48 hours in advance. I was recruited to LA GUEULE. I insisted but no response. We called the hotel once on site, I was told to wait 5 minutes until the colleague gave me a code but I was recruited once more to LA GUEULE! More news! 10 minutes later we received a refusal to stay for a text message saying water! so we asked for a refund on the damages caused by the MORK FONTS.

Get out of here!

They arrived, an hour to figure out how to open the front door because there was no reception. They came in, floor sheet, room that doesn't see any water since it was built, impossible to open the windows. Common bathroom and all that. The room was filled with mold and dust.

♪ I've got a nightmare ♪

Unfortunately we stayed three days inside this stable... we arrived, nobody expected us, we called several times but they kept busy... after an hour out in the cold and under the water with two seven-month-old babies and a three-year-old we decided to stop the police and through them we were able to get in.

At the boundary of the landfill

Usually I'm good with reviews, this time if there was a chance to give zero I'd do it gladly. Dirty and badly kept, garbage at the entrance, rooms with broken cabinets and no ante, bathroom with falling tiles, so to speak, really left to squat... all this but only if you can get in... in fact, there's never anyone there... they text you once you get there obviously calling and calling back and if you're lucky like us who couldn't get the least text message you're out... I just hope the owners can read what I'm writing now: cleaning doesn't mean spraying perfume and putting the toilet in the bathroom, you have to clean with a sponge and detergent every day the sanitary stuff that could be a superfluous spray to work with, but then you're in the room, and then you're out of the room, and then you're out of the room... After booking we get a notification via email that we will arrive around midnight and we do not receive a response, a friend who lives in London then calls for confirmation and we are told when we arrive to call the phone number in the booking. We get lost (the guesthouse is not reported in any way), once we find the entrance, we call the number and no one comes to open us, but we are given the code to open a box containing only the entrance key, then to take the key from the credentials and write: We opened the door and we got a stench of mucus! We got a family room: there were 3 beds set up in the kitchen! There was no Internet behind the towels, the bathroom was sporadically dirty! In the sporadical booking there was written in the responsible: We have never seen the dead door, but we have to get in the room, and we have to get in the room, but we have to make sure that we do not use the stairs, but we can't get in the kitchen.
