Used the Hub twice, the en suite rooms are very clean and comfortable, the rooms are well thought out and very practicable. The Hub is a 5min walk from Kings Cross, the wifi is fast and has a good size TV.

Excellent low cost location

It was really hard to find the hotel. The room was so small and dirty.The shower was so small too. It was so not worth it. Would not recommend to anyone. There are much better hotels near by. So avoid this

Not nice

Very friendly hotel; smiling and caring staff. Small but modern and connected room and very comfortable bed. Perfect lunch. I really like the spirit of the hotel. And I'll be happy to return.

Very friendly and close to Orford Street

Clean, fresh-looking room, warm. Comfortable bed.
Off-road parking for 2 cars.
Good en suite - but small, but nicely tiled and everything worked (the shower flex was broken but not leaking).  
Room is small - no room for table or chair - but as I was out all day, that was irrelevant.
Walls thin - I could hear voices next door, but they stopped before it became a nuisance (and this wasn't during the night, so I wasn't disturbed).
Very pleasant and helpful lady on reception. I was able to put things in the fridge which was a darned sight more useful than having tea facilities in the room.
10 minutes walk from Leytonstone tube. Plenty of places to eat there. 
Not the most salubrious area, but you go carefully and watch out, as you would anywhere.
Absolutely a no-frills place, but it was just what I wanted, and I would definitely stay there again.

Had all I needed  - I've paid more for less elsewhere

The place is about 15 minutes' walk from Leytonstone's Red Line subway station. It is easily accessible on foot, but is also served by buses with a bus stop in front. From the outside it is anonymous. We, although having arrived well beyond check-in time (4.00 am) there have been no problems of any kind. The double rooms have a mattress from a square and a half, so maybe small for two people. The walls are thin, you can hear when other guests close the door. The rooms have the bathroom in the room, with towels included.

Good value for money

Hotel clean. The rooms are a little small but great for one person. Bathroom in the room. Gentle staff. A little far from downtown, but served by bus and the red line of the subway (10 minutes walk) which is open all night on the weekend.
