The owners are quite friendly as its a family owned premises. The breakfast could do with a variety plus the cleanliness needs to be improved. Overall its not a bad place for stopover.  The tube is just 15 minutes walk.

Arrived and waited for ages for them to find our booking, then couldn't find keys to a room. He was gone quite a while and then came back took us to another house.
The room was dusty, stains on the carpet and curtains. There were cobwebs over the walls The En Suite...was out the room and across the corridor - The shower was dirty and the front falling off the shower tray.
Unfortunately the time of day and knowing places were booked up for the rugby we had to put up with it. We were told we had to pay cash that night! 
There was a lot of noise from other residents until after 5am and then the planes started at 6am. I wouldn't eat there. We were up and out as early as we could be.
The worst experience of my life and I wish I had never set eyes on the place.
So I definitely would not advise staying here.

overnight stay

I flew to the United States via London, had a night stop of 20 hours. I stopped at this hotel. The hotel is close to Heathrow Airport, 2 metro stops. It's a 10-minute walk from the subway to the hotel. The staff is friendly. The hotel has a nice dining room and a coffee. The room is clean. Everything is perfect for relaxing before the trip.

A transit trip through London

Clean comfortable stay in good value accommodation. Staff polite and helpful - decent location close to Heathrow Airport. Parking available. For the price it’s a good affordable option. Bit of a walk to west Hounslow tube. 

Overnight stay

I stayed here initially due to a long layover with an early morning flight.  Two weeks later with the same circumstances, I opted to return.  If you are a budget traveler, you will be hard pressed to beat this place.  This is a small hotel located in a large renovated  home. It is clean, there is a 24 hour breakfast (cereal, toast, fruit, tea) and the staff do a great job.  On the minus side, there is aircraft noise (depending on the wind direction that day) but it is absent at night. Besides, you are going to get aircraft noise at a 5 star around Heathrow in any case. It is located about a 15 minute walk from the Hounslow West underground which is close to Heathrow.  I stayed in two different rooms and they were small but really, does it matter?  There is a MacDonalds within a few hundred yards and a convenience shop on the other side of the road where you can buy  all sorts of quick meals and cold beer.  Well done to the staff.  I would come here again.

A Deal for the Price

 Ok it was a budget room £35 for a single on a Saturday night. But the room was tiny you have to look at three picture to believe it.  A small bathroom down a short corridor not sure if it was shared with another room.  Room was as hot as an oven.  Will not be returning.

My son and I stayed four nights at this hotel and we were very satisfied. The staff are very dedicated and very helpful, generous with information. His human size makes it a cozy place where it feels a bit like home. The bunk is excellent, the room we were in was simple but very clean. The next room was decorated with gout bcp. Only hic, but the hotels were 20 km away, and yet it is not mentioned as ideal as a starting point for visiting London because access to the metro and bus lines is nearby.

Good address

I booked a room at the Heathrow Palace Hotel in July 2011, which is a year before my arrival due to the expected overcrowding due to the Olympics. In July 2012 (20 days before I arrived in London) I was contacted by the website where I made the reservation asking me to make the double use single the triple use single previously booked, I agree. Just 3 days before my departure they call me back (this time in English) and they tell me that my reservation time has gone into Overbooking?) and I propose an alternative that is significantly worse than my original choice and the same price.
