The first thing we noticed when we came in was the really strong smell of smoke in the corridors. Someone has clearly been smoking in their room. The bathroom fittings were all broken e.g. lock on door, toilet handle and light on mirror. During the night we had other guests screaming and shouting in the corridor at 3am and 5am and both lasted between 10-15 minutes and none of the staff told them to be quiet - they would have definitely heard them they were that loud! 

In the morning we tried to have a shower and there was no hot water. On a side note it also leaks which is a very annoying noise. Also the fixture that holds the shower head to the wall was broken so even if you could get hot water you would have to hold the shower head over yourself and there was Mould in the shower. Breakfast was awful, you get the choice of toast with mouldy eggs ( I couldn’t eat them because they tasted strongly of Stilton) or cereal. You can pay more for a cooked breakfast but I wouldn’t want to risk it after the eggs. I also heard other guests call the eggs ‘disgusting’. The staff seemed very miserable and didn’t come over to us for a while so we were sat wondering how to even get breakfast. 

The room itself was okay but the mattress was a bit lumpy. The only good thing I can say is lower price than other hotels with good location to Wembley. However I still think it wasn’t worth the money. We would not return again.

Awful

This hotel was absolutely disgusting as I woke up to a mouse 🐁 underneath the bed , wouldn’t even eat their breakfast ! This is absolutely disgusting, never would I ever come here again! The door handle was coming of and bathroom was revolting as the tiles were orange don’t no when the last time where when they cleaned to shower and the windows were that mucky you couldn’t see through them !


Disgusting, unpleasant stay !

Small hotel on quiet road but near to everything. Room for improvement also my bed was so high....after a few beers was quite a task. Breakfast was nice...great fried eggs. 20 mins. walk to Wembley stadium. 

Good for day or two.

Staff are rude and helpful . The reception staff are the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with . Save the time and effort of going here . The rooms are crap and bed uncomfortable 

The should learn how to deal with customers may go far . Would never stay here again 

Should never have been opened 

Stayed there on Saturday night 2nd December,rooms very small and very basic.Shower dribbled cold water,mound growing in the shower,leaking toilet,badly fitting curtains and mould growing from the wall beside the curtains.No wardrobe in the room,no iron,no hairdryer and when asked for an iron at reception got it then went back for the poor excuse for an ironing board with the cover falling off it.I would not stay there again.

Hotel?

We stayed for one night while seeing a concert at Wembley. The four of us booked 2 double rooms, decor is very tired, light fitting was broken in our room with exposed wires hanging from the ceiling, both bathrooms had serious plumbing issues, showers were cold or ice cold, there were rather dubious stains all over the headboard and walls, and we were all very grateful it was only for one night and within walking distance of the Arena!  Breakfast was ok, a reasonable continental selection was on offer, we were offered toast although no choice of white or brown!
Our major issue is the way they've dealt with a lost item. My friend left her make up bag behind in the top drawer of the dresser. On contacting them they denied all knowledge of it and have suggested we've forgotten where we packed it!! Yes, she's a total muppet for forgetting  it but these things happen!  The housekeepers are either dishonest and untrustworthy and have pocketed some lovely make up or they're not very thorough and didn't clean the room properly and the next guests have lucked out and found a bag full of mac goodies! 
Despite it being ideal for Wembley we'd never stay here again.

You get what you pay for.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. We were aware that this is a 2 star hotel and therefore we were not expecting the Ritz, but We were disappointed with the first room we were given as it was dirty, even the kettle plug didn’t reach the socket! so we complained about these things and were upgraded (the customer service was very friendly and helpful by the way, they were most apologetic). The good points about the second room was the bed was very comfy, the room was a decent size and there was a working tv and kettle etc and it was cleaner... but beer glasses were set out next to the kettle instead of normal cups?? (A minor point). The bad points were that the sink and shower were both blocked, we could not use the shower. This problem has clearly been an ongoing one. whoever owns this hotel please please get it sorted!! A functioning bathroom is just a basic requirement for any hotel surely??? We got given keys to a different room to shower in, points to the staff trying their best to help, but its still not ideal. Get them fixed!!!! Ok so overall our stay was nice, the staff were great and the breakfast etc. But It would have been better if it weren’t for the shower and sink! 

Showers need addressing 

Fleas in bedrooms ; water poured out of sink - hole in the side of bowl; common area carpets torn and dirty ;noisy - next to train station ; too hot in room could not turn down the radiator ; shower un usable - water poured out of hose ; water cold in sink ---- absolutely dire my employee had flea bites - never again .

Disgusting flea pit

We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock at night and were greeted by a girl who didn't seem to have much desire to work. When we went up to the room we saw that her dimensions in the ridiculous were almost impossible to pass by. If we noticed that it had recently been renovated, but we quickly realized that the room looked very dirty, the sheets looked dirty and the doors were moulded. When we went to complain they gave us other sheets so that we could do it ourselves, but these were still holding pieces of paper tied together, so we went back to the reception to get it again, now there was a more kind guy who offered to change the room and give us breakfast free for the day, it was a little room that was larger and cleaner and the doors were moldy.

It's pretty bad.

Maitrise Hotel is conveniently located close to the metro and bus stop. The food stores, Mcdonalds, are within easy reach. The hotel staff are polite, welcoming. The room is clean, cleaned every day. The room has a TV, an electric kettle, cups with dishes, and a bonus of coffee, creams, tea bags.
